DU100 units can be joined to create a larger System. Additional units can be installed or added at any time. Assembly is easy, with no cutting, threading, drilling, wiring, and no special tools.

Six Newhouse distillation units installed back-to-back make a neat, compact distillation system. A stainless steel oil collection tank is in the foreground. A hot water collection tank used for boiler feed water can be seen behind the units.

Comes with color coded connectors and receptacles for quick, error free wiring. Each unit has its own rain-tight electrical control box, pre-wired with temperature controller, solenoid valve, receiving can light and AC outlets for connecting the next DU100 unit.

The Newhouse Model DU100 is a self contained oil distillation system designed for ease of installation and operation. This unit is used with the Newhouse mint cooker tub to distill product.  Multiple units can be ganged together for increased production capacity or for multiple oil type and grade processing. All stainless steel construction assures high quality, contamination free processing.

Features:

• Twenty gallon primary oil holding tank with calibrated sight gauge. Has connection ports for an optional auxiliary tank.

• Comes complete with waste water cooling discharge manifold, elbows, clamps and hardware.

• Cooling water and bypass valve handles are in front for easy access.

• Plumbing consists of several pre-assembled units with self aligning compression couplers or hose couplers with clamps, ready for easy installation.
